The shipment of the order will take place within 24 hours of the actual credit on the bank account.

- Shipping in Italy
The ordered goods are sent by express courier (SDA - BRT / DPD - UPS - TNT) to the delivery address specified in the order.

Any costs of storage, delivery, return to our warehouse, etc., are exclusively charged to the customer.

If the customer does not take care of the storage of the goods at his own expense, the same will be delivered by the courier to palepizza.it and all the costs of storage, transport and any other charges or expenses arising will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Shipment Tracking
All shipments with delivery in Italy or abroad (EU and non-EU countries) have a tracking number to be able to follow, through the appropriate web page of the courier, the shipping route to the destination.
The tracking number is communicated to the customer after the package has been taken over by the courier.
Therefore, after the shipment, the Customer is able to locate the parcel along the route on the courier's website and thus be able to estimate delivery times more precisely, preparing for collection.
- Possible Damages during Shipping and Reserve in Transport Documents

VAT, Invoicing, Intra-Community Sales and Customs Import Duties
